Structure and Use

The unwinding and coiling tensioning and unwinding device has multiple functions. It can carry steel coils, expand the inner diameter of the coil material to achieve unwinding and feeding or coil material recovery, and can also support the steel plate and provide tension for the steel strip.

The device consists of a frame, main shaft, expanding and contracting roller, unwinding and pressing device, auxiliary support, braking device, and power part. The main frame is specially treated, and the bearing seat is processed to ensure the concentricity of the main shaft. The main shaft is made of high-quality materials and has a strong load-bearing capacity.

The expanding and contracting roller is a slider-type push-pull expanding roller, composed of four arc-shaped steel plates and wire-cut sliders, which can ensure concentricity and surface treatment.

The unwinding and pressing device consists of a pressing roller, a support arm, and an oil cylinder. The pressing surface is made of polyurethane glue, and the support arm is lifted and lowered by the oil cylinder.

The braking device uses an adjustable pneumatic disc brake assembly, which is controlled synchronously with the unwinding and feeding.

In terms of hydraulic power, a push-pull expanding and contracting core shaft and a rotary joint oil supply method are used.
