Structure and Use

The steel coil is transported from the storage rack to the reel of the decoiler. The movement of the carriage is controlled by a hydraulic motor, and the lifting is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.

Lifting mechanism: Hydraulic cylinder and sliding four-column structure. The lifting power is provided by the cylinder, which drives the V-shaped coil support to lift and lower, realizing the function of loading and unloading steel coils.

Traveling mechanism: Hydraulic motor and parallel guide rail structure. The traveling power is provided by the hydraulic motor, allowing the carriage to move horizontally along the axis of the decoiler. There are limit blocks at both ends of the track to prevent the carriage from derailing.
