Structure and Use

The bridge's frame and transition support are welded steel plates. The transition rollers are rubber-coated, ensuring a robust structure and effectively protecting the steel strip surface. The live roller is supported by a hydraulic cylinder for lifting, and its platform uses nylon material to prevent scratching the coil surface.

This bridge is mainly used to coordinate the steel strip transfer between the slitting machine and the feeding machine. Three pairs of photoelectric eyes precisely control the position of the steel strip in the live roller pit, ensuring an appropriate storage amount in the pit. This achieves synchronization and buffering of the steel strip speed, ensuring stable steel strip supply during production and allowing the equipment to operate in an orderly manner.
