Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system plays a key control role in the slitting production line. It uses air cooling and can operate stably in an environment of 0℃ - 60℃, using anti-wear hydraulic oil as the medium. The oil tank capacity is 400L, providing high-strength working pressure, and with an 11KW motor, it is powerful. The system consists of a hydraulic station, valve stack, and pipelines, centrally controlling the hydraulic actions of the production line, covering components such as the oil tank and oil pump motor group, ensuring the precise operation of various hydraulic components of the equipment.

Pneumatic System

The pneumatic system provides auxiliary power for the production line. The system consists of an air source, air source processing components, solenoid valves, pipelines, and cylinders. Through the transmission and control of gas, it achieves the driving of relevant components, assisting in the smooth operation of the production line.

Electrical System

The electrical system is the control center of the production line. It is equipped with a main operating table, a decoiler sub-operating table, and other operating platforms, as well as two electrical control cabinets. It has a centralized control function, and the main operating table can digitally display and adjust high and low speeds. Speed regulation and program control use products from a specific company, while other electrical components are mostly imported or joint venture products of the same level. Using the touch screen, process parameters can be conveniently set and modified, and the equipment's operating status can be monitored in real time.
