Structure and Use

This heavy-duty vertical recoiler is designed for coiling slit strips, with a robust and durable structure. The frame is made of welded steel plates, combined with a single-arm hydraulic expanding and contracting mandrel and gearbox, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The main shaft uses a specific forged bar, and the cylindrical arc plates undergo specific steel material tempering and hard chrome plating, combining strength and wear resistance. The material clamping jaws and feeding plate are driven by oil cylinders, braked by disc brakes, the pressure arm swings flexibly, and the shaft can be manually swung open for easy replacement of the separating plates (pads).

In terms of performance, only one unit is needed to meet production needs, with a load capacity of 20T, adapting to steel coils with an inner diameter of Φ508mm and a maximum outer diameter of Φ2000mm, and a powerful main motor. At the same time, the equipment has an intelligent monitoring function, and can automatically raise and lower according to the material height, effectively preventing scratches. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate, and the expansion and contraction system precisely controls the expansion and contraction of the drum, quickly and neatly completing the coiling of the strips, providing high-quality coils for subsequent processes.
