Tensioning Table

A tensioning table is a device used to apply tension to sheet and strip materials. It consists of side plate portals, an upper gantry, a lower pad, an upper pad, and hydraulic cylinders. Felt pads are fixed on the upper and lower pads. When the sheet or strip passes between the pads, the upper pad presses down on the lower pad via synchronized actuation of the two hydraulic cylinders, thereby applying tension to the sheet or strip and ensuring its flatness and stability during subsequent processing.
Gripper Roll

Gripper rolls are commonly used components in machining, generally consisting of a roll body and bearings. They grip and convey sheet and strip materials through contact between the roll surface and the material, using frictional force. Some surfaces are specially treated to protect the material surface during feeding.
Guide Roll

The guide roll primarily guides the sheet or strip into the coiler. It consists of a bearing housing and seamless steel tubing with a PU rubber coating, and is dynamically balanced to ensure that the sheet or strip remains stable during transport, following the correct path into the coiler, and reducing problems such as sheet or strip misalignment.
Its support plate assembly consists of a frame and a drive system, and its lifting and lowering uses a hydraulic drive structure. Its main function is to smoothly deliver the sheet head into the coiler, providing initial transport support for the coiling process and ensuring a smooth start to the coiling operation.
