Structure and Use

One waste edge material winder is installed on each side (left and right), using a steel plate welded frame with an independent structure. It consists of a winding shaft, a pressing shaft, and a transmission system. The material is unloaded via a hydraulic cylinder, making operation convenient. This equipment is used to wind up the waste edge materials on both sides after slitting. The single-side winding width is 3-20mm, the winding speed is 0-180m/min, the maximum roll weight is 500Kg, and it is driven by two main motors, enabling efficient completion of waste edge material collection.
