Structure and Use

This slitting machine is a professional device used for the longitudinal cutting processing of coils. With a single configuration, it is efficient and practical. When processing materials thicker than 3.0, the slitting speed can reach up to 100m/min, meeting the needs of high-speed production. The knife shaft uses high-quality materials, is sturdy and durable, and is compatible with a knife disc with an outer diameter of 400mm, an inner diameter of 280mm, and a thickness of 15mm, ensuring cutting stability. The power system is equipped with a DC main motor, providing strong power, and the mobile gantry motor is installed outside the frame, without interfering with the knife installation operation.

The structure is ingeniously designed. By changing the combination of spacer sleeves, the width of the sheared finished product can be flexibly changed to meet diverse production requirements. The finished product width can be changed by changing the combination spacer sleeves. The knife shaft adjustment method of fixing the bottom and adjusting the top allows for precise gap control. The knife shaft nut is firmly fastened, and the shaft end has a protective cover. The motor-driven side-opening frame makes changing blades convenient, efficient, and practical.
