QF-(1.5-8.0)X800mmX20T， The material thickness is 1.5-8mm, the plate width is 100-800mm, and the maximum roll weight is 20 tons. It can be longitudinally cut into strips of 1.5-3.0mm thick plate to 20 strips, 3.1-8.0mm to 16 strips, 7.1-8mm to 10 strips, and the finished roll weighs 20 tons per roll. The equipment is driven by Siemens Beide series motors, and the hydraulic system controls the pressing and winding of materials, adapting to different specifications of metal raw materials. In continuous production mode, the daily production capacity can reach up to 80-300 tons, suitable for high-precision scenarios such as lithium battery separators and stainless steel foils. The overall performance is stable, meeting the needs of heavy industry and high value-added material processing. Its functions include high-precision slitting, intelligent continuous production, flexible parameter adjustment, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly design, meeting the efficient and precise slitting needs of multiple industries such as metal processing, packaging, and new energy.

Structural Purpose

The transfer bridge consists of two parts, front and rear, used for the live loop platform.

The front transfer bridge is composed of a movable support plate, and its lifting mechanism uses a hydraulic cylinder. The worktable uses shaped rollers on both sides; the roller surfaces are made of PU material to prevent scratching. During normal operation, the support plate rises, allowing the plate head to pass through the loop four pits and the drop. Material storage is controlled by a laser sensor, balancing the leveling speed and slitting speed.

The rear transfer bridge is the same as the front transfer bridge, maintaining synchronization between the slitting machine speed and the rewinding machine speed. Its loop control method uses an ultrasonic sensor.
