The trimming machine uses an upper and lower circular knife structure for longitudinal shearing to trim the edges of the board. The cutting width can be adjusted via a hydraulically movable seat. The knife shaft adjustment uses a fixed lower shaft and an upper shaft with a worm wheel and worm gear for synchronous adjustment of the spacing, allowing for precise control of the gap between the upper and lower shafts. Both shafts are axially tightened with nuts.
