1. Heavy-duty gantry frame

The frame is welded from steel and steel plates, spanning from the decoiler to the pre-feeding straightening machine, ensuring the rigidity and strength of the feeding machine. It is equipped with hydraulic pressure feeding, mechanical feeding, hydraulic head straightening, and plate shoveling devices.

2. Double pressure feeding and transmission device

Dual motors 7.5kwx2; dual rubber pressure wheels and transmission; precision gearbox transmission structure.

3. Pressure feeding and feeding device

It consists of a drive cylinder, connecting rod mechanism, feeding roller, and power device. The cylinder pushes the feeding roller to clamp the steel coil through the connecting rod, and the low-speed, high-torque power motor drives the feeding.

4. Head straightening device

It consists of a moving cylinder, base, slide, head straightening cylinder, guide column, and head straightening roller. A hydraulically driven mobile structure is adopted to adapt to the optimal head straightening position for coils of different diameters.

5. Plate shoveling device

It consists of a tilting plate, tilting plate cylinder, quenched shoveling plate, and shoveling plate cylinder. The shoveling plate is quenched for adapting to the head removal of coils of different diameters and thicknesses. The tilting plate cylinder uses a large diameter and large stroke.
