The equipment is driven by Siemens Beide series motors, and the hydraulic system controls the pressing and winding of materials, adapting to different specifications of metal raw materials. In continuous production mode, the daily production capacity can reach up to 80-300 tons, suitable for high-precision scenarios such as lithium battery separators and stainless steel foils. Function
The unwinder clamps and carries the steel coil, using mechanical transmission to open the coil material. Simultaneously, it utilizes a tension control system to achieve tension unwinding, delivering flat and stable steel for subsequent processing. This meets various processing needs, ensuring smooth production line operation and product quality.
Structure and Features
The unwinder uses a welded structure, mainly consisting of the main body, pressure device, base, and transmission device. The main body includes the reel, reel expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder, and rotating lubrication device.
The reel is a four-sided pyramidal expansion and contraction type. The expansion and contraction of the reel is achieved by the hydraulic cylinder driving the four-sided pyramidal shaft sleeve to move back and forth. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the back of the reel. A rotating lubrication device is connected to the reel expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder. The unwinder brake uses a pneumatic braking method. The hydraulic cylinder provides pressure oil. The unwinder brake uses a pneumatic braking method. The unwinder main shaft rotates driven by a motor. The expansion and contraction oil cylinder provides tension, causing the slider on the main shaft to slide. The wedge-shaped slider and the slider produce the expansion and contraction of the reel.
Uncoiling Device
This machine's uncoiling device is used to clamp the material head, preventing rebound and loosening, assisting the unwinder in feeding the material head into the feeding machine. When the thick plate of the plate head is bent and fed, it is used for flattening to facilitate feeding. The hydraulic oil cylinder provides the lifting and lowering drive for the pressure roller, pressing the material head, cutting open the packaging tape, and allowing rotation for easy expansion and contraction and movement of the unwinder.
