II. Component Structure
- Project background -
1 Material Storage Table - Feed Table Cart
The material storage table uses a V-shaped steel plate welded structure, fixed to the pre-embedded base plate, used for storing pre-uncoiled materials.
The feed table cart consists of a machine base cart, material table, etc., driven by a motor for movement, hydraulic cylinder for lifting, four-column guidance, using double-roller power support for steel coils, and the double rollers are driven by a hydraulic motor to assist in uncoiling.

2 Hydraulic Double-Head 3-Level Stacking Heavy-Duty Decoiler
It uses a hydraulic double-head three-level stacking top-pressure clamping mechanism to clamp the steel coil. The movement of the two end machine bases is driven by hydraulic cylinders, and it has a simultaneous drive centering function. The main shafts at both ends of the decoiler are designed with pneumatic disc brake devices.

3 Heavy-Duty Gantry-Type Hydraulic Material Feeding Machine
It consists of a closed heavy-duty gantry, double pressure rollers and transmission device, hydraulic pressure roller device, mechanical material feeding device, mobile hydraulic head straightening device, and hydraulic shovel plate device. Its function is to introduce the plate head into the seven-roll pre-leveler.
1 Gantry Heavy-Duty Frame
The frame is welded from steel plates and sections, spanning from the decoiler to the feed pre-leveler, ensuring the rigidity and strength of the material feeding machine, and mounting the hydraulic pressure roller, mechanical material feeding, hydraulic head straightening, and shovel plate devices.
2 Double Pressure Rollers and Transmission Device
Dual motors 7.5kwx2; double rubber pressure rollers and transmission; precision gear box transmission structure.




3 Pressure Roller, Material Feeding Device
It consists of a drive cylinder, connecting rod mechanism, feed roller, and power device. The cylinder pushes the feed roller to press the steel coil through the connecting rod, and a low-speed, high-torque motor drives the material feeding.
4 Head Straightening Device
It consists of a moving cylinder, base, slide, head straightening cylinder, guide column, and head straightening roller. To adapt to the optimal head straightening position of steel coils with different diameters, a hydraulically driven mobile structure design is adopted.


5 Shovel Plate Device
It consists of a flip plate, flip plate cylinder, quenched shovel plate, and shovel plate cylinder. To adapt to the shoveling out of plate heads of steel coils with different diameters and thicknesses, the shovel plate is quenched, and the flip plate cylinder uses a large diameter and large stroke.
4 Seven-Roll Pre-Leveler (Leveler)
The equipment adopts a two-roller feeding + five-roller leveling structure. The motor drives the upper and lower rollers through a reducer, distribution box, and rolling mill universal shaft. The feeding upper roller is hydraulically pressed down, and the leveling upper roller is electrically pressed down. The motor is controlled by an imported US DC system to ensure synchronization with the main leveling unit.

5 Hydraulic Shearing Machine (Shear)
A hydraulic shearing machine uses a moving upper blade and a fixed lower blade to apply shearing force to the metal sheet through a reasonable blade gap, causing it to break and separate according to the required size. It consists of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts. During operation, it achieves sheet shearing after no-load start and no-load downward movement.

6 Roller Conveyor Transition Table (Material Transfer Table)
It consists of a frame, roller conveyor, and intermediate support plate. Its function is to serve as a transition during the operation of the sheet from the pre-leveler to the main leveling unit.
8 Clamping Roller + Side Guide
The clamping roller is a double-roller structure, providing stable clamping force through the cooperation of the upper and lower rollers, ensuring that the material is flat during transportation and avoiding wrinkles and offsets that affect subsequent processing.
The side guide is a lateral positioning device for material advancement, which can accurately control the lateral position during longitudinal shearing and other processing to prevent edge running and ensure that the finished product shearing width meets the standard.
9 Edger + Scrap Material Machine
The edger uses an upper and lower circular knife structure for longitudinal shearing to trim the edges of the plate. The shearing width can be adjusted by the hydraulic moving seat. The knife shaft adjustment is fixed lower shaft, upper shaft worm gear worm synchronous adjustment spacing, which can accurately control the gap between the upper and lower shafts, and both shafts are axially tightened with nuts.

10 Edge Material Winding Machine
An edge material winding machine is a device that winds up the edge materials on both sides after slitting. It is driven by a motor and is equipped with a cylinder (the unloading oil cylinder can be controlled separately), allowing for quick unloading.
11 Roller Leveling Main Unit (Leveler)
The equipment adopts a four-fold welded base and a gantry frame, with a nine-roller leveling structure (4 upper and 5 lower rollers). The roller ends are equipped with heavy-duty bearings to prevent runout, and the upper and lower rollers are equipped with 3 sets of support wheels to enhance rigidity. The height of the support wheels is adjusted via a wedge to compensate for deflection. All active rollers are driven by a motor through a gearbox and universal joint. The lowering device uses an AC motor worm gear mechanism, supporting electric coarse adjustment and manual fine adjustment.
12 Lifting Platform
The lifting platform is a device that adjusts the vertical height of the platform surface through hydraulic or electric drive, connecting different height processes, assisting in the smooth conveying of materials, or assisting in equipment debugging.
