1  Workshop Equipment

 

As the core base, the machining parts production workshop has a scientific and reasonable internal layout, dividing it into functional areas such as raw material storage area, processing operation area, and quality inspection temporary storage area, ensuring the efficient operation of the production process.

The workshop is equipped with multiple high-precision CNC lathes. Relying on an advanced programming system, it achieves 7x24-hour automated continuous processing. These devices use a closed-loop control system, coupled with a micrometer-level grating ruler feedback device, which can stably control the processing accuracy within ±0.01 mm, ensuring that each part meets strict process standards.

In response to the processing characteristics of different materials, the workshop is equipped with specialized processing equipment: For high-hardness stainless steel, high-rigidity CNC lathes are used with CBN tools to efficiently complete cutting; for ordinary carbon steel processing, high-power spindle equipment is used to improve rough processing efficiency; for aluminum plate processing, a vacuum suction worktable is equipped, combined with high-speed milling technology, to avoid material deformation; when processing soft magnetic materials such as silicon steel, precise slow wire cutting equipment is used to achieve burr-free and low-loss fine processing.

2  Parts Processing Flow

 

1  Cutting and Blanking

Technical personnel strictly follow the design drawings and use cutting machines to precisely cut raw materials into appropriate sizes and shapes, providing standard blanks for subsequent processing. This determines the basis for subsequent processing of the parts.

2  Preliminary Forming Processing

In the preliminary forming stage, technicians skillfully operate the equipment, through turning,

milling, drilling, and other processes to process the blanks. During processing, a certain amount of processing allowance will be reserved, which can not only ensure that there is enough space for subsequent fine processing to achieve high precision, but also avoid material waste due to excessive processing, laying the foundation for the birth of high-quality parts.

 

3  Quality Control Link

 

Quality is the lifeline of the workshop's production. After each batch of rough processing is completed, technicians will use calipers, micrometers, and other professional measuring tools to accurately detect the dimensions and shape tolerances of the parts to ensure that they meet the predetermined standards. At the same time, they will carefully check the surface of the parts, not letting go of any cracks, inclusions, or other defects.

Once non-conforming products are found, they are immediately reworked, resolutely preventing non-conforming products from flowing into the next process, ensuring product quality from the source.
